Prof. Dr. Mehmet İlke Büget is a specialist in Anesthesia and Reanimation whose clinical interests include dementia, brain vascular diseases, stroke, forgetfulness, behavioural changes, and paralyses. He completed his undergraduate medical education at Istanbul University (1993–1999), earned a Master’s Degree in Microbiology at Istanbul University Institute of Health Sciences (2000–2003), and completed his Medical Specialization in Anesthesiology at Istanbul University (2001–2006).
He served as a Medical Lieutenant during his military service at Diyarbakır Military Hospital (2006–2007), completed compulsory public service at Esenyurt State Hospital (2007–2008) and Hatay Hassa State Hospital (2008–2009), and worked as an Anesthesiology Specialist at Medical Park Hospital Göztepe (2009), before joining Biruni University Faculty of Medicine Hospital. He speaks English and French.
