Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammed BAYRAM

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammed Bayram is a cardiovascular surgeon and lecturer at Biruni University Faculty of Medicine Hospital.

He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Bülent Ecevit University in 2007, completed his specialization in Cardiovascular Surgery at Demiroğlu Bilim University Florence Nightingale Hospital in 2013 and received the title of Associate Professor in Cardiovascular Surgery from the University of Health Sciences in 2024.

His professional experience includes specialist physician roles at Muş State Hospital (2013-2015) and Mehmet Akif Ersoy Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital (2015-2024), observerships at the Departments of Cardiovascular Surgery of Maastricht University and Aachen University in 2018, and a lecturer position at the University of Health Sciences Mehmet Akif Ersoy SUAM (2024-2025).

His clinical interests include endoscopic minimally invasive heart surgery, stent-based (EVAR/TEVAR) and surgical repair of aortic aneurysms, surgical and angiographic treatment of vascular diseases, aesthetic and functional varicose vein treatments, dialysis access and port operations and cardiovascular screening programs.

He is the author of numerous articles in international peer-reviewed journals, a frequent speaker at national and international congresses, and a member of Turkish and European professional societies including the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery and the European Society for Vascular Surgery.
