Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Alper Öztürk is a general surgeon at Biruni University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, focusing on bariatric and metabolic surgery. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2003 and completed his residency training in General Surgery at the same institution in 2010.
