Prof. Dr. Mustafa Teoman YANMAZ

Prof. Dr. Mustafa Teoman Yanmaz is a medical oncologist specializing in cancer genetics, novel cancer therapies, and the treatment of breast, lung, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary cancers. He completed his medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, where he later undertook his residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Medical Oncology. He was awarded Associate Professorship in Medical Oncology in 2015 and Professorship at Kocaeli Health and Technology University in 2021, having previously served as a faculty member at Harran University, Kemerburgaz University, European Vocational School, and Üsküdar University. He currently practices as a Medical Oncology Specialist at Biruni University Faculty of Medicine Hospital. He holds an ESMO Examination Certification, along with certificates in Stem Cell Transplantation and Toxicology, and received the Best Poster Award at the 29th ESMO Congress in Vienna. He serves as President of the Chemotherapy Society and is a member of the Turkish Society of Medical Oncology (TTOD) and the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO).
