Prof. Dr. Ali Hakan Kaya graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2005 and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Istanbul Haseki Training and Research Hospital in 2010. In 2017, he became a Hematology subspecialist at Dr. Abdurrahman Yurtaslan Ankara Oncology and Research Hospital, and in 2019 he was awarded the title of Associate Professor in Hematology. He subsequently worked in hematology and stem cell transplantation clinics at various hospitals, most recently serving as the responsible physician of the Bone Marrow Transplantation Unit at his last institution, and is currently working at Biruni University Hospital. He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association, Turkish Apheresis Society, Society of Hematologic Oncology, Blood and Bone Marrow Transplantation Society, and Hematologic Immunology Society, and has received several paper awards from hematology and oncology associations.
