Six doctors, one afternoon, and none of them meeting you cold. Each consultation happens with your own results already on the screen in front of them.
An ECG traces the electrical signal. The echocardiogram shows the muscle moving and the valves opening, which is a different question and the one most packages at this level never ask.
Two men of the same weight can have completely different amounts of muscle on them. The dietitian works from your actual numbers, and the podiatrist watches your gait instead of asking you to describe it.
Fatty liver has become the most common liver condition in the world, and it arrives without pain, without jaundice and without any symptom a man would think to mention. GGT, AST and ALT are what pick it up, and here they are read next to your triglycerides, your HbA1c and your measured body fat, which is what turns four separate numbers into an explanation. Uric acid sits in the same group. High levels mean gout and kidney stones, both of which hit men far more often than women and both of which respond well to knowing early. None of this hurts until it does.

Hour by Hour
Arrival and Bloods, 9am
Registration first, then one draw that supplies all twenty-four laboratory tests while the fast still holds. The urine container goes in at the same desk. Breakfast follows immediately afterwards.
Imaging, Heart and the Three Analyses
The X-rays are quick, chest and panoramic dental. After that you are with the cardiologist for the ECG and the echocardiography. Body composition, foot and skin analyses each take a painless few minutes and fill the gaps between appointments.
Urology and the Remaining Consultations
Your PSA reaches the urologist before you do, so the appointment starts from the result instead of arriving at it. Dental, nutrition and podiatry follow, each of them working from your own numbers.
Closing Consultation, Around 4pm
All thirty-seven findings land inside the day. The check-up physician reads them as one picture, explains it to you in person and hands over a written report. Nothing is left waiting for an e-mail next week.
Getting Ready
Eat your usual dinner and then stop. Eight clear hours give a reliable glucose, HbA1c and lipid profile, and that one instruction is the whole of the preparation for the blood work.
Tell the coordinator if you have cycled hard, had a prostate examination, or had a urinary infection recently.
Each of those lifts a PSA reading on its own, and a healthy prostate can end up producing a worrying number for no reason at all. Mentioning it in advance lets the urologist interpret the result properly, or move the test a few days, so you are not carrying home a question that never needed to exist.
Body composition is read from muscle, fat and water, so come normally hydrated and leave the heavy training session for another day. The foot and skin analyses need nothing from you at all.
Pack your medication list, comfortable clothes and any results you already hold. An old PSA, a cholesterol panel or a liver test from two years ago tells the physician which way your numbers are heading, which a single snapshot cannot.

Open to men from 18 upwards, with no upper age limit. Every item applies at any age, though the PSA half of the package starts to earn its place around 45, which is roughly where most national guidelines open the conversation.
Three Things This Package Does Not Do
Testosterone is not measured. Plenty of men book a check-up hoping for exactly that number, so it is worth saying plainly. A male hormone panel can be added at booking, and it is worth asking about if low energy, low libido or lost muscle is the thing that brought you here.
Bowel screening is not included. There is no stool test and no colonoscopy in this package. From 45 onwards, or earlier where bowel cancer runs in the family, that gap is worth closing, and it can be added here or arranged by your own doctor.
A raised PSA is not a diagnosis. Benign enlargement, prostatitis and a recent infection all push the figure up, and most men with a mildly high reading have none of the things they feared. Having a urologist examine you the same day is what stops a number becoming a month of worry.

Coming to Istanbul for the Day

One blood draw is the most invasive thing in the day. No sedation, no recovery, and no medical reason to push the return flight back.
Passport, your medication list, glasses if you use them, and any earlier PSA, liver or cholesterol results. Comfortable clothes make the imaging half of the day easier.
Appointments happen in your own language. English, Arabic, French, Russian, Serbian, Romanian and Spanish are covered in house, and anything else is organized once you name it at booking.
The office runs the airport pickup and the hotel car. Two family members are allowed into the examinations with you. Passports needing a visa get an invitation letter about ten days ahead of the trip.
