Everything Included in the Integrum Female Check-Up

Seven consultations, twenty-three laboratory tests, five imaging and screening studies and three body analyses, all under a single price.

Medical examinations, 7
Check-up physician consultation
Gynecology and obstetrics
Cardiology
General surgery
Oral and dental health
Clinical nutrition and diet
Podiatry

A general surgeon is the one to see about a lump you can feel, a thyroid that seems swollen, a hernia or gallbladder pain. Very few check-up packages put one in the room.

Laboratory tests, 23
Blood and urine. Complete blood count, complete urinalysis
Blood sugar. Hemoglobin A1c, glucose
Kidney and uric acid. BUN, creatinine, uric acid
Lipid profile. Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides
Liver. AST, ALT, GGT
Vitamins and minerals. Vitamin B12, folic acid, 25-hydroxy vitamin D, iron, ferritin
Thyroid. TSH, free T4, free T3
Immunology. CRP, an inflammation and infection marker
Imaging and screening, 5
Pap smear, cervical cancer screening
Echocardiography, heart structure and function
ECG, rhythm and electrical activity
Chest X-ray, overall lung health
Panoramic dental X-ray

The echocardiogram is the item most often missing from a package at this level. It shows the valves and the pumping action, which an ECG on its own cannot.

Body analyses, 3
Body composition analysis. Muscle, fat and water, which the dietitian reads with you
Foot health analysis. Foot structure and the way you walk
Skin health analysis. Moisture, oil and elasticity

None of the three needs a needle or a fast. Each one feeds straight into a consultation. The dietitian sees your muscle mass on screen, and the podiatrist watches how you actually walk.

Tired is a symptom with numbers behind it

Iron, ferritin, B12, folic acid, TSH, free T4 and free T3 all sit in this package, and between them they account for a great deal of the exhaustion women are told to accept as normal. Ferritin matters most, because iron stores empty long before a blood count turns anemic, which is why a woman can be told her hemoglobin is fine while she is running on almost nothing. The thyroid side is measured as a full set, TSH with free T4 and free T3, so an underactive gland cannot slip past on one borderline value. Seven numbers, one blood draw, and a physician who reads them together the same afternoon.

On a phone the table below moves sideways. Drag it to reach the second column.

What Makes This Package Worth the Trip

Rarely bundled

A General Surgeon in the Room

Somewhere to take the lump, the swelling or the pain that has been bothering you for months. An examination settles many of these in minutes, and points to imaging when it does not.

The whole picture

Thirty-Eight Findings, One Reader

Scattered tests get scattered interpretations. Here the check-up physician holds every value, every scan and every specialist note at once, and turns them into one conversation with you.

No waiting list

Screening That Would Take a Year at Home

A cervical smear, a heart scan, a dental X-ray and seven consultations usually mean seven appointments booked months apart. Compressed into a working day, they become something you can actually finish.

Portable

A File You Can Hand Over Anywhere

Every value carries its reference range and every scan carries its finding, written in the language you name at booking. Your own doctor reads the report and acts on it.

Schedule breakdown

How the Day Runs

1

Arrival and Bloods, 9am

Registration, then a single draw that supplies all twenty-three laboratory tests while you are still fasting. The urine sample goes in at the same time. Breakfast is waiting once that is done.

2

Imaging, Heart and the Three Analyses

Chest and panoramic dental X-ray come first. The cardiologist then runs the ECG and the echocardiography. Body composition, foot and skin analyses take a few painless minutes each, and they slot into the gaps between appointments.

3

Gynecology, Surgery and the Rest of the Seven

The Pap smear is taken during the gynecology examination. General surgery, dental, nutrition and podiatry follow, and every one of these doctors already has your results on screen, so you are not reciting your history seven times.

4

Closing Consultation, Around 4pm

Everything is back inside the day, read as a single picture and explained to you in person, with a written report to take away. The Pap result follows from the laboratory once the cytology is complete, and the office sends it to you.

Before the appointment

Getting Ready

Fasting, 8 hours

Have your usual dinner, then nothing more until the blood is taken. That single instruction covers the glucose, the HbA1c and the lipid profile.

Water as much as you like
Nothing else, black coffee included
Keep taking prescribed medicines unless a doctor has said otherwise
Eat as soon as the sample has been taken
Pap smear timing

Pap Smear Instructions: Please schedule your Pap smear when you are not menstruating. For 48 hours before the test, avoid sexual intercourse, vaginal medications, creams, lubricants, and douching.

This is the one item on the list where the date matters, so tell the coordinator where you are in your cycle when you propose your travel dates. Anything that coats the cervix can obscure the cells and force a repeat, which is a poor use of a trip.

Small practical things

The body composition analysis reads muscle, fat and water, so arrive normally hydrated and leave the hard workout for another day. Neither the foot nor the skin analysis asks anything of you.

Bring comfortable clothes you can change out of easily, your list of medicines, and any recent results you already hold. A previous smear, a thyroid panel or an iron level lets the physician see which way your numbers are moving.

Who it is built for

Should You Be Booking This One?

Good fit
Book it if any of this rings true
  • Tired in a way that sleep does not fix, with no explanation so far
  • A smear that is overdue, or one you cannot remember the date of
  • Heavy periods, and nobody has checked your iron stores
  • A lump or a swelling you want a surgeon to feel
  • Weight that will not move despite the same diet as always
  • A first thorough check in your thirties or forties, with a family history behind it
Talk to us first
A doctor near you is the faster route

This is a screening package for a woman who is broadly well. Where a symptom is already present, waiting for a flight is the long way round to an answer somebody at home could give you this week.

  • Bleeding between periods or after intercourse
  • Severe pelvic pain, or a fever that will not settle
  • Pregnancy, or a condition already under investigation

Open to women from 18 upwards. Message us before booking if you are pregnant or think you might be, because parts of the day would need adjusting.

Two Gaps Worth Knowing About Before You Book

Breast imaging is not part of this package. The general surgeon and the gynecologist can examine you, and an examination catches a good deal, but it is not the same as a mammogram or a breast ultrasound. If you are over 40, or there is breast cancer in your family, say so at booking and it can be added to the same day rather than becoming a second trip.

The Pap smear comes without an HPV test. They answer different questions. A smear looks at the cells themselves, while an HPV test looks for the virus that causes almost all cervical cancer, and many countries now screen with both. It can be added at booking, and it is worth asking about if your last smear was several years ago.

Complimentary review

Ask us whether this is the right package before you pay for anything

Send your age, your rough dates, and whatever has been on your mind. A physician reads it and tells you whether these 38 items cover it or whether something should be added. That review costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

International logistics

Coming to Istanbul for the Day

Plan around your cycle first

The smear sets the date, so choose the week before you choose the flight. Send two or three possible windows and the coordinator will pick the one that works.

Three nights is comfortable

Arrive the evening before so the fast runs overnight, spend the middle day at the hospital, and hold the third in reserve in case a finding calls for a closer look.

Nothing stops you flying home

One blood draw is the most invasive part of the day. No sedation, no recovery time, and no medical reason to delay the return flight.

Nobody translates for you

Consultations run directly in your language. The team covers English, Arabic, French, Russian, Serbian, Romanian and Spanish, with others arranged when you ask at booking.

Transfers, family and the visa letter

Airport pickup and hotel transport are handled by the office. Up to two relatives may sit in on the examinations. Where a visa is required, the invitation letter is issued around ten days before you travel.

After you get home

Your smear result is sent through once the cytology is finished, and the same WhatsApp number stays open afterwards for questions about any value in the report.

Before you compare

Reading a Quote Properly

Package names tell you nothing. One hospital's women's check-up is fourteen items, another's is forty, and both are advertised in the same words. Ask each of them for the item list, then work through these five points.

Whether the thyroid is a full set or a lone TSH
Whether iron stores are measured or only a blood count is run
Whether the heart check includes an echocardiogram or stops at an ECG
How many consultations are with actual specialists and not one general doctor
Whether the written report, the transfers and the interpreting sit inside the figure

No figure appears on this page. Any number printed here would be wrong for most women who read it, and out of date within a season. Message the team with your age and your dates instead, and a written breakdown comes back covering the package and anything you have asked to add. That part is free.

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

My period is due around my travel dates. What now?
Tell the coordinator before anything is booked. The smear is the only item that depends on timing, and shifting the appointment by a few days is far easier than shifting a flight. Where the dates genuinely cannot move, the rest of the package runs as planned and the smear is arranged separately, though doing it all in one visit is the better outcome.
Why measure ferritin when my blood count is normal?
Because the body protects hemoglobin last. Iron stores drain first, and ferritin is what shows that draining, so a woman can be exhausted for a year while every blood count she has comes back as fine. Measuring both together is what separates depleted stores from ordinary tiredness, and low stores usually respond to something as simple as supplementation.
Is breast screening included?
Not as imaging. Two of the seven doctors can examine you, the gynecologist and the general surgeon, and a careful examination is worth having, but it does not do the job of a mammogram or a breast ultrasound. Anyone over 40, and anyone with breast cancer in the family, should raise it when booking so the scan joins the same day. Our Nova Vita package carries breast imaging as standard, and that may be the better starting point for you.
When do I get the smear result?
Later than the rest. Cytology has to be prepared and read under a microscope, so unlike the blood work it will not be ready by the afternoon. The office sends it to you once the laboratory reports it, and if anything on it needs discussing, a gynecologist goes through it with you instead of leaving you alone with a document.
How does Integrum compare with the Nova Vita package?
Integrum is the essential annual, built around the tests that explain how you feel day to day, and it adds a general surgeon plus three body analyses. Nova Vita goes wider on cancer screening, with breast imaging, a bowel test, tumor markers and an abdominal ultrasound. Send us your age and your history and we will say which one fits, including when the honest answer is the smaller package.
Can my husband or my mother come in with me?
Yes. Up to two relatives may come, and they are welcome inside the examination rooms rather than left waiting in a corridor. One coordinator looks after the whole group in your language, from the first WhatsApp message through to discharge, and female staff are present for the gynecological examination.
Can I take the results to my doctor at home?
That is what the report is built for. Name your language at booking and it is written in that language, with every laboratory value beside its reference range, the findings from each imaging study, and a note from all seven specialists. The format reads the same in any health system, so the file goes straight into your medical record.
