Specialist Dr. Nesrin Aslan İlkmen is a specialist in Nuclear Medicine at Biruni Hospital's Oncology Center.
She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Anadolu University in 1992 and completed her specialization in Nuclear Medicine at Osmangazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1999.
She has served as a Lecturer at Biruni University Faculty of Medicine since 2021.
Her areas of clinical interest include theranostic applications, imaging and radionuclide therapy in prostate cancer and neuroendocrine tumours, radionuclide therapy in thyroid cancer, and dosimetric applications.
Dr. Aslan İlkmen has authored research publications on nuclear medicine imaging techniques, including studies on PET/CT applications in oncology. She is a member of the Turkish Society of Nuclear Medicine (TNTD) and the European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM).
