Prof. Dr. Tanfer KUNT

Prof. Dr. Tanfer Kunt is an otorhinolaryngologist specializing in otologic surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, head and neck surgery, rhinologic surgery, snoring surgery, rhinoplasty (cosmetic nose surgery), maxillofacial surgery, pediatric otolaryngologic surgery, and vestibular system diagnosis and treatment. He completed his medical education at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine before undertaking his residency training in Otorhinolaryngology at Cumhuriyet University, where he was later awarded Associate Professorship in 1996 and Professorship in 2002. He chaired the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Cumhuriyet University Hospital before serving as Director of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Medicana International Beylikdüzü Hospital and later in private practice, and currently practices at Biruni University Faculty of Medicine Hospital. His research spans a substantial body of international and national peer-reviewed publications on otology, rhinology, and head and neck pathology. He is a member of the International Society of Audiology, the Turkish Rhinologic Society, and the Turkish Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery.
