Assistant Professor Yüksel SARICALI

Assistant Professor Yüksel Sarıcalı is an otorhinolaryngologist at Biruni University Faculty of Medicine Hospital.

He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine (English Program) in 2002 and completed his residency training in Otorhinolaryngology at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2009.

He worked at Private İncirli Ethica Hospital (2010–2012), Private Doğan Hospital (2013) and Private Bağcılar Tekden Hospital (2013–2016) before joining Biruni University Faculty of Medicine Hospital in 2025.

His clinical interests include endoscopic nose and sinus surgery, aesthetic nasal surgery, prominent ear surgery, tonsil and adenoid operations, surgery for snoring and sleep apnoea, allergic nasal diseases, vocal cord surgery, vertigo, tinnitus and hearing loss.

His research focuses on allergic rhinitis and immunotherapy, nasal function testing and head and neck pathology, with articles published in international peer-reviewed journals and more than 300 citations. He is a member of the Association of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, the Turkish Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Foundation, the Turkish Rhinologic Society, the Facial Plastic Surgery Association and the Turkish Medical Association.
